We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues affecting some GPS tracking devices. As a result, certain devices may appear offline or stop reporting their locations temporarily.
These disruptions appear to be related to external cellular network or internet connectivity issues, rather than a problem with the Trackem GPS platform itself.
There is currently a widespread internet security issue affecting websites and online services around the world. Our website and tracking platform have received the necessary security updates. We are continuing to investigate whether the broader disruptions are contributing to the connectivity problems affecting some GPS devices.
What you need to know:
- Some affected GPS devices have already reconnected and resumed normal reporting.
- Devices are designed to store location information when connectivity is interrupted and automatically upload that information once their connection is restored.
- Some devices remain offline, and additional devices may be affected.
- We do not yet have a confirmed timeline for full restoration of connectivity.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
