Trackem GPS uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology in combinations with our GPS trackers to allow fleet operators to monitor temperature in real-time. Temperature is mission critical when shipping produce, meat/poultry, or for some medical and pharmaceutical applications.
With BLE temperature sensors installed, that ‘speak’ to our GPS tracker, which relays data back to our servers, this allows for real-time monitoring and notifications if temperatures go above or below pre-set thresholds.
