Are Your Vehicles Commercially Certified?

You may need ELD. It’s the law.

In general, if a business/organization required drivers completing and maintaining paper hours logs, prior to June 12, 2022, you now require Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) to do the same driver logging job electronically.

If a fleet vehicle drives over 160 KM from it’s home base, or drives over provincial, state or international borders, ELD is required. Make sure your fleet is compliant, or risk fines from $250 to $20,000.
