A: Most of our clients are on 4G. IoT devices, such as GPS trackers, do not require 5G network speed and capacity, and very few rely on that network. Some older clients (and devices) that haven’t upgraded recently are likely still using 3G. All Trackem upgrade options are 4G GPS tracker-compatible with 4G LTE and future-ready technology.
Q: How long will the new devices last?
A: 4G LTE and related networks (Cat-M/NB-IoT) are expected to be supported until at least the mid-2030s.
Q: Why not just wait until things break?
